Refund Policy

Here at RAND, we believe in providing a safe experience for all humans. We provide a 15 day grace period to allow you to return or exchange any RAND products purchased from the cybershop. Please note, all refunds are made for a store credit that all humans can use towards your next purchase or towards any other RAND product on our site.

Shipping

Please allow up to 7-10 days from the point of purchase for the product(s) to be shipped to you due to processing. The product(s) will be delivered to you upon the shipping option you choose during checkout.

Items are occasionally shipped separately. Please rest assured, we will only charge one delivery fee per order regardless of the number of packages you receive.
